This type of breakfast is a combination of imagination and your favourite or available fruits and berries.
Berries full of vitamins are always extremely healthy. They are rich in many vitamins and minerals, but we cannot always eat more of them. E.g. cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries.
The essential thing is that in this way we eat much more valuable berries and fruits. Moreover, a blender crushes berry peels and seeds, which are extremely nutritious, but our teeth are not able to chew them. E.g. cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries.
This time I prepared it like this:
Raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, lingonberries.
You can choose two types of berries.
Additionally, while blending, I added a handful of pine nuts. I like a milder, "milkier" taste. You can add a banana, but this time I sweetened it with a teaspoon of honey and seasoned it with a pinch of cinnamon.
On top: lingonberries, pine nuts, pumpkin, sesame seeds, raspberries and coconut flakes. You can decorate it with banana slices.
