Spring is the time when our body needs more vitamins and microelements. We need more enzymes that revive the body, cleanse-detoxify, heal and strengthen. Enzymes are most abundant in plant-based foods. Sprouts have the highest concentration of enzymes. Alfalfa, sunflower or other sprouts can be added to salads, spreads, soups, sushi and other dishes. This time we are preparing a delicious salad :)
We will need:
A bunch of sunflower sprouts (you can grow your own, or buy them)
2 apples
1 medium zucchini
1 orange (optional, but very tasty:)
For the dressing:
0.5 lemon juice, a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper. Cranberries.

Preparation:
Grate the apples and zucchini into julienne strips, cut the orange into cubes and gently squeeze them to release the juice. Chop the sunflower sprouts.
Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over all the prepared vegetables. I garnished with cranberries.
If you wish, you can drizzle with olive oil.
Enjoy and to your health :) G.G.
