Pick pine needles from the branches. Cut spruce twigs.Place into a blender. Pour in the juice of 2 lemons, or quince juice (it will dissolve the resin to facilitate absorption). Add one tablespoon of honey and 4-5 cm of ginger root.
Add water. Blend, then strain.
