It will be necessary

0.5-1 glass of cherries (suitably frozen) can be replaced with currants

0.5 avocado

1/4 beetroot (green. uncooked)

2 hours hemp seeds

2-3 pcs. dates or honey, agave nectar (choose dark, unheated)

0.5 cinnamon (preferably Ceylon)

We put all the components in a blender/cocktail. rub until a smooth consistency.
