According to the traditional recipe, hummus is made from boiled chickpeas. However, the nutritional value of raw hummus is many times higher.

You will need:

  • 1 glass of sprouted chickpeas (soaked in water overnight, then dry for another day until sprouts appear. You can buy sprouted ones in supermarkets. As I mentioned, you can parboil them.
  • 2-3 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste) you can grind sesame seeds and mix with lemon juice, a pinch of salt. 
  • 1/4 lemon juice,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 0.5-1 tsp ground cumin,
  • 2-3 pieces sun-dried tomatoes,
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika,
  • 0.5 tsp salt.

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients.
Eat as a spread with vegetables, bread or with salad. Try it, it's very very delicious!
