"Chickpea hummus"
Prepared from chickpeas. They are vegetable protein/proteins.
According to the traditional recipe, hummus is prepared from boiled chickpeas. However, the nutritional value is many times higher in Raw-green hummus.
If you make more, you can refrigerate or freeze. The nutritional value will still be high.

Products:
1 glass of sprouted chickpeas (soak in water overnight, dry for another day until the sprouts appear. You can buy already sprouted ones in supermarkets. As I mentioned, you can boil them.
2-3 tablespoons of tahini (sesame seed sauce) can be ground sesame seeds and mixed with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
1/4 lemon juice,
1 clove of garlic,
0.5-1 tablespoon ground cumin,
2-3 slices of sun-dried tomatoes,
0.5 tsp smoked paprika,
0.5 tsp of salt.
Progress:
Grind all the ingredients in a blender.
We eat it as a spread with vegetables, bread or salad. We taste it very, very delicious!
