A light, delicious and healthy dessert that is also suitable for breakfast. (you can additionally eat it with oatmeal) What is most important - it is prepared very quickly. I think it's relevant for everyone :)
It will be necessary
For the blackcurrant layer;
0.5 cups of black currants (can be replaced with blueberries, lingonberries)
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds or ground chia seeds (you can use the fiber mixture "CLEAN" here;
0.5 avocado
1 tablespoon of honey
for the yellow layer;
1-2 pineapple slices,
3-5 pieces of dried apricots
0.5 tbsp of turmeric powder
1-2 cm of ginger root
Progress
For the currant layer, grind all the components with a blender. We soaked the apricots in water for about 30 minutes. then grind with a blender together with pineapple and other ingredients.
