Ingredients:
KALE kale
2 tomatoes (you can add zucchini instead of tomatoes)
1 cucumber
a pinch of salt
1st century sh. honey
1 year sh. lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cold pressed oil
a handful of lingonberries or cranberries
Making:
Chop the kale and lightly mash it with a pinch of salt, honey and lemon juice.
Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into pieces of desired size, mix with cabbage. Serve topped with cranberries.
