Ingredients:
1 bell pepper,
0.5 avocado,
1 tomato,
1-2 celery stalks,
1/4 tsp cayenne or chili,
0.5 lemon juice,
0.5 tsp salt,
1 clove of garlic,
1 tbsp oil (cold-pressed)
Place the ingredients in a food processor/blender. Add water until just covered. Blend until smooth.
