Where there's mango, it's always delicious :)
Although in Lithuania we can't always find very good ones, combining them with other ingredients remedies the situation. And also... I like it when it's quick to prepare, tasty, and healthy - that's most important in cooking when we're all quite busy..
You will need:
1 mango
1 banana
1 tbsp ground golden flaxseeds (they don't have a bread taste, unlike brown flaxseeds)
For garnish - flaxseeds, coconut flakes, banana slices, and rowan berries.
Into the blender/smoothie maker, put the banana, mango slices, ground flaxseeds - blend. Pour into your chosen dessert dish, sprinkle with ground golden flaxseeds, a pinch of coconut flakes, a couple of banana slices; I had frozen rowan berries, which worked very well :) but you can also use other berries..
