Nutritionists recommend enriching the diet with pumpkins for everyone who is overweight. The pumpkin diet will help effectively lose weight and will not harm health.

The pumpkin diet can be called autumnal, as these vegetables ripen specifically in the fall. Their advantage is that pumpkins can be stored for a long time. Therefore, this diet can be followed for almost nine months of the year.

"VEGAN PAELLA"

A warm, nutritious, delicious dish.
You will need:
1 cup of pearl barley,
1/4 of a medium pumpkin,
5-6 slices of sun-dried tomatoes,
5-6 years of oil,
1 a.s warrior,
0.5 a.s cayenne,
0.5-1 g of salt,
2-3 sprigs of parsley.
Preparation:
Soak the grains in cold water for 3-4 hours. Even better overnight.
This way, cooking time is shorter and the nutritional value will be higher.
We add the grains and other ingredients to boiling water, except for the parsley.
We boil for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. We let it soak for 20 minutes. There should be a couple of fingers' worth of free water for soaking. If it's lacking, add more.
Serving with chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
It is very delicious to eat with sauerkraut and beets.
