CARROT KOREAN,

Edible carrots - originate from the wild and are the oldest of all root vegetables, they have been cultivated for about 3,000 years if not more. The healing properties of wild carrots were well known by the ancient Greeks, who considered them a sacred plant.

• The more women eat these vegetables, the less likely they are to have ovarian cancer. In addition, carrots are very necessary during menopause.
• Carrot extracts are able to inhibit the proliferation of colon cancer cells.
• Carrots, especially juice, are useful for weakened immunity and skin diseases.
• Carrots contain substances necessary for maintaining good vision. Therefore, they are advised to be eaten when suffering from myopia, blepharitis, chicken pox, and barley growing on the eyelids. Carrots or their juice are recommended to be consumed on an empty stomach, before breakfast, so that the eyes can feel their good effects throughout the day.
