No wheat flour, no sugar, no lactose, no eggs, VEGAN.

Apple pie

For the base you will need;

500 g coconut flakes (ground with a food grinder)

200 gr. cashews or almonds (ground)

200 g of date paste (soak the dates in warm water and grind)

200 ml of melted ghee butter

vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of salt.

Connect all components. Mix well. Must get a little sticky, but not too much mass. If it is too dry, add a little water. if it is too dry, add coconut flakes.

For the apple layer;

about 10 pcs. antananarivo or other apples - grate with a beetroot or other grater,

3 tablespoons of cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of date paste.

We put the prepared mass in pieces in a baking tin, which is smeared with oil. about half the amount.

then fry for about 15 min. 170 liters

Only then do we add the apples and the other remaining mass on top.

and bake for another 30-40 minutes. on 170 l.
