Without wheat flour, without sugar, without lactose, without eggs, VEGAN.

For the base, you will need:

500 g coconut flakes (grind in a food processor)

200 g cashews or almonds (ground)

200 g date paste (soak dates in warm water and grind)

200 ml melted ghee butter

vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of salt.

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. You should get a slightly sticky but not too sticky mixture. If it's too dry, add a little water. If it's too dry, add more coconut flakes.

For the apple layer:

approx. 10 Antonovka or other apples - grate with a coarse grater,

3 tsp cinnamon and 5 tbsp date paste.

Mix the apples with cinnamon and date paste.

Grease a baking tray with oil, and place about half of the prepared mixture in pieces.

then bake for about 15 min. at 170 C.

Only then add the apples and the remaining mixture on top.

and bake for another approx. 30-40 min. at 170 C.
