Super Cake! No baking! No flour! No sugar! To create a sunny mood :)

This is a dessert of the new generation. It doesn't take away energy, but gives it. 

 Base:

  • 150g of almonds,
  • 100 g of sunflower seeds,
  • 100 g of soaked dates,
  • 50 g of coconut oil,
  • 2 tbsp cocoa,
  • a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Filling:

White layer

  • 300 g of cashews,
  • 150 ml of coconut oil,
  • 100 ml of water,
  • 50 ml of honey,
  • 0.5 tbsp Miso paste,
  • 0.5 vanilla bean or 1/4 tsp of ground pure vanilla,
  • 1 chopped lemon peel and 0.5 juice,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 50 ml of coconut oil.

Decoration:

Raspberries and plums. Berries can be substituted.

During the off-season, we use frozen products.

Progress:
Grind the almonds and sunflower seeds with a food processor (not completely). Mix with soaked dates and melted coconut oil. Line a baking tray to create a base for the cake, about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Filling:

Blend the cashews with water using a blender. Then add honey and melted coconut oil.
After that, add all the other remaining products.
Pour the obtained mixture onto the cake base. Then it should be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes. After that 
we already keep it in the refrigerator.
