However, this recipe has been prepared and "worked on" more than once.
It will take;
1 glass of sunflower seeds (can be soaked for a short time for 2-3 hours so that the dirt in the seeds comes out in the water. After soaking, the seeds are too wet, they should be dried to bind the cheese. 3 pickled cucumbers,
0.5 zucchini,
6 pcs. sun-dried tomatoes-halves,
10 sprigs of parsley,
2 onion leaves,
0.5 tsp cayenne or chili,
0.5 teaspoons of pepper,
2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil,
1 tablespoon of horseradish,
Pour all the components into a blender and blend until smooth. We pour the resulting mass into the selected form. You can use a cheesecloth. Can be eaten immediately. But after keeping it overnight, the consistency thickens and you can cut it like cheese. The cheese is stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
