Very nutritious and delicious. Once prepared, it can be used immediately as a spread. If you keep it overnight, it will be firmer, with a cheese-like consistency. The longer it is stored, the more its nutritional value increases. The taste can be adjusted according to your chosen ingredients. However, this recipe has been prepared and "perfected" many times.

Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds (you can soak them briefly for 2-3 hours to remove impurities from the seeds into the water. After soaking, the seeds are too wet; they should be dried to bind the cheese.)

3 pickled cucumbers,

0.5 zucchini,

6 sun-dried tomato halves,

10 sprigs of parsley,

2 green onions,

0.5 tsp cayenne or chili,

0.5 tsp black pepper,

2-3 tbsp sunflower oil,

1 tbsp horseradish,

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into your chosen mold. You can use a cheesecloth. It can be eaten immediately. However, if left overnight, the consistency thickens, and you can cut it like cheese. The cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Enjoy and to your health :)
