It will be necessary
a glass of green or black lentils soaked overnight
0.5 sweet potato (sweet potato)
0.5 fennel
0.5 tbsp of curry
a pinch of salt
Boil briefly. Maybe 5-10 minutes. turn off and leave covered for another half hour. While you prepare the vegetables.
Vegetable stew
1-2 glasses of pumpkin
2 carrots
0.5 peppers
5-7 pcs. sweet pea pods
2-3 tomatoes
2 Tbsp peanut butter (not the healthiest option, but those who like peanut butter will love it :)
0.5 tsp cayenne
0.5 tsp coriander
0.5 tbsp of curry
a pinch of salt
For salad
fresh cabbage
radishes
a splash of cranberry juice
a pinch of salt
Cut the cabbage and pound well with a wooden pestle. Then we pour lemon juice, salt, mix with radish. You can flavor it with 0.5 tbsp of honey.
Add pumpkin, carrot, bell pepper, and pea pods chopped into straws to the pan. Easy few min. saute with a splash of water. Then pour crushed tomatoes with nut butter and spices. A couple more minutes. and turn off. Everything. Serve with salad.
