Grind all the components together. It is very convenient to use a blender or a food processor with an S-shaped blade. Just do not add the buckwheat. Add them at the end and mix with a spoon. Shape into balls or bar-sized pieces as desired. You can dry them in a dehydrator for about 12 hours at no higher than 47°C.
You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
