Ingredients:
1 glass of black currants
1 pear
1 apple
a bunch of beetroot leaves or mongoldos

Making:
Grind all the ingredients in a blender. You can additionally sweeten with a teaspoon of honey.

Making:
grate the beetroot and "pickle" it for a while until it softens, with a pinch of salt and lemon juice and honey. If you want thicker and fuller saliborski - mix water in a blender with a pinch of cashew nuts, a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon - it will be similar to kefir.
We pour prepared water-kefir into a bowl or a plate (you can freeze-cool it in the refrigerator before that), add "pickled" beets, chopped cucumbers, onion leaves, dill, put sunflower "sour cream", sprinkle with coarsely crushed black pepper.

This salad is one of my favorites in the cold season, when it is good for strengthening immunity. Beets have been known since ancient times as the perfect vegetable for improving blood quality. Ingredients:
1 medium green, uncooked beetroot
1/4 lemon juice
0.5 a. sh. salt
1st century sh. honey
1/4 century sh. black pepper
1/4 century sh. today
parsley for sprinkling
Making:
Grate the beetroot. We mix with the remaining components. We leave it to "pickle" until we prepare the sunflower cream.
