Made by fermenting a mixture of the highest quality 17 plant components (seeds, berries, leaves, roots, etc.) with organic unrefined, unfiltered and unpasteurized wild apple vinegar. This creates an herbal extract with a great balanced flavor.

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar (90%), powder of 17 herbal components (10%): slanted hole (Chaga mushroom), coriander seeds, cumin seeds, real cardamom pods with seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric, parsley leaves, stinging nettle leaves, chokeberry, dandelion root, sedum root, cloves, true ginger root, aniseed cumin seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, oregano.

CHAGA (CHAGA), from BALTIC forests - called slant hole or black birch mushroom (Inonotus obliquus). It belongs to the category of super food, growing on a birch tree for almost 20 years, it grows to the size of several tens of kilograms, and accumulates various useful substances in itself. 

These mushrooms grow in the wild BALTIC forests. It has been used for thousands of years by peoples living in the north. Even from the 16th century black birch mushrooms have been used in Northeast folk medicine, and the latestresearch only confirms their positive properties. 

Knowing the special properties of the Chaga mushroom, we use it in the food products we create.

HERBAL VINEGAR- we use parts of various plants: coriander, cumin seeds, chokeberries, dandelion roots, nettle leaves, ginger roots etc. All these plant parts are ground into powder. Then the fermentation stage begins. At the end of fermentation, we bottle and ship to our customers.

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) helps support digestion , helps digest toxins and maintain normal gas balance in the digestive tract.

Caraway (Carum carvi L.): helps support the immune and digestive system; useful during lactation; has an antispasmodic effect, relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. 

IMPORTANT! Our vinegar is NOT pasteurized (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque, and if it is stored already made, the cloudiness increases. They are a sign of further fermentation and a testimony that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Alive and "unextinguished"!

Preparation and use: You can use this vinegar to enrich your various dishes. You can also use it as a drink: in the morning or at other times of the day before a meal, we suggest drinking a glass of water with 2 tbsp or 0.5-1 tbsp. of this vinegar. Season with honey if desired.

Storage: store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (0-25 °C). After opening, keep tightly closed under the same conditions. 

Warnings. A small amount of sediment characteristic of apple cider vinegar is possible.
