Preparation and use: use as a drink: in the morning or at another time of the day before a meal, we suggest drinking a glass of warm water with 2 tbsp. or 0.5-1 tbsp. of this vinegar. Season with honey if desired. You can use PARALEX VINEGAR vinegar to enrich your various dishes.

IMPORTANT! Our vinegar is UNPASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque, and if it is stored already made, the cloudiness increases. They are a sign of further fermentation and a testimony that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Alive and "unextinguished"!
