What is healthy and nutritious??? And yet.. that it is delicious and quick to prepare!?

I made the following enzyme-loaded ones -

Sunflower - extremely nutritious, valuable seeds!

50 gr. seeds have a full daily allowance of iron. They are full of valuable minerals, vitamins, and enzymes, which become active and well absorbed precisely when sprouted.

I closed overnight about 200 g. of dry, peeled sunflower seeds with cold water.

The next day, wash it and leave it to dry for another day. Although foods can be consumed after several hours of soaking.

After soaking in water, if kept dry, sunflowers germinate very well.

Then you can prepare soups, sauces, spreads, make plant-based milk, cheeses, etc.

Stage 1;

2 cups (400 ml) sprouted sunflower seeds

0.5 cups of sauerkraut

2 cloves of garlic

0.5 tsp black pepper

0.5 tbsp cumin

0.5 tbsp of horseradish

0.5-1 tsp salt (to taste)

For thickness, you can add 1 avocado.

Stage 2;

Separately. Additionally:

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch of parsley

1 Bunch of onion leaves

3-4 or more short-fruited cucumbers (depending on the number of people eating and the desired consistency)

Place the components of stage 1 in a blender. Pour water. Crush.

Cut the components of stage 2 separately. Grate the cucumbers with a beet grater or straws. Add the components of this stage to the crushed borscht of stage 1. Mix it or just put it on top or in the bottom of the plate :)

It can be served alone or with oven-baked potatoes. Cut the potatoes, sprinkle them with oil, salt, spices (e.g. ground cumin, garlic, black pepper). Then bake the potatoes in the oven! DELICIOUS :)
