Sometimes... when you know salad is healthy, but you can't eat much.

SALAD - improves digestion and metabolism, helps the body absorb beneficial nutrients, regulates fluid balance in the body, acts as a diuretic, and relieves constipation.

It is claimed that lettuce contains compounds that inhibit the proliferation of malignant cells.

The substance lactucin in it calms the nervous system, improves sleep, lowers blood pressure, and organic substances prevent salt accumulation.

Pectins in lettuce stimulate bowel function and remove cholesterol.

what to do to eat more salad?

we prepare green smoothies.

Salad can be flavored. for example, with mango :)

we prepare it simply and quickly;

lots of leafy greens (my favorites are butterhead and romaine)

drizzle with oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and mango. I seasoned it with hemp seeds.
