Ingredients for pudding:
300 ml of almond milk, (soak the nuts for a few hours and shake them with clean water, drain) if you want to prepare quickly so that you don't have to stir, then prepare from cashews, Brazil nuts or macadamia nuts.
3-4 years sh. chia seeds
1-2 centuries sh. honey
2 v. sh. cocoa (or kerobo) if you want a chocolate pudding
1/4 century sh. natural vanilla beans
Making:
pour chia seeds into the milk, mix well with a spoon and leave to swell for half an hour.
Date jam
0.5 cups of dates
0.5 fresh or frozen currants
0.5 tsp of cinnamon
soak dates in warm water until soft for 15-30 minutes. We cut off the water.
Grind with a food chopper or blender/shaker.
We put chia pudding, banana slices, apple slices, date jam in the selected container and decorate with apple slices, a mint leaf, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
