This vinegar is made by fermenting a mixture of the highest quality 17 plant components (seeds, berries, leaves, roots, etc.) with organic unrefined, unfiltered and unpasteurized wild apple vinegar. This creates an herbal extract with a great balanced flavor.

To make this product, we use non-transparent (UNFILTERED) organic wild apple vinegar, produced by natural fermentation from healthy, ripe organic apples, without heat treatment.

IMPORTANT! Our vinegar is UNPASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque, and if it is stored already made, the cloudiness increases. They are a sign of further fermentation and a testimony that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Alive and "unextinguished"!

We added a SUPER MUSHROOM to this product - CHAGA, otherwise known as the slant hole or black birch mushroom ( Inonotus obliquus ). Today, it is classified as a super food, because growing on a birch tree for almost 20 years and growing to a size of several tens of kilograms, it is able to accumulate various useful substances in itself.

These mushrooms grow in wild forests. It has been used for thousands of years by peoples living in the north. Even from the 16th century black birch mushrooms have been used in Northeastern folk medicine, and recent research only confirms their positive properties.

Knowing about the special properties of the Chaga mushroom, we use it in the food products we create, as we aim to make its consumption more accessible to people.

In addition to the super mushroom, we use various other plant parts to make this extract: such as coriander and cumin seeds, aronia berries, dandelion or nettle leaves, ginger root, etc. All these plant parts are crushed to a powder and poured with vinegar - the fermentation stage begins. At the end of fermentation, we bottle and ship to our customers.

Coriander ( Coriandrum sativum ) helps support digestion.

Cumin (Carum carvi L. ): helps support the immune and digestive system; useful during lactation; has an antispasmodic effect, that is, it relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract.

This vinegar, like our other products, is produced in a Lithuanian company, which has implemented a self-control system based on the principles of risk factor analysis and critical control points (HACCP), which helps to ensure product safety and quality.

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar (90%), Powdered 17 Plant Components (10%): Chaga Mushroom, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, True Cardamom Pods with Seeds, Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Parsley Leaves, nettle leaves, black chokeberries, dandelion leaves, edible spindle root, cloves, true ginger root, aniseed, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, oregano.

Preparation and use: You can use this vinegar to enrich your various dishes. You can also use it as a drink: in the morning or at other times of the day before a meal, we suggest drinking a glass of water with 2 tbsp or 0.5-1 tbsp. of this vinegar. Season with honey if desired.

Storage: store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (0-25 °C). After opening, keep tightly closed under the same conditions.

Warnings. A small amount of sediment characteristic of apple cider vinegar is possible.
