"hot" chocolate truffles
0.5 cups of almonds,
0.5 cups of sunflower seeds,
0.5 cups of walnuts,
1.5 cups of dates,
2 tablespoons of honey,
5 tablespoons of cocoa,
5 years tbsp coconut oil (cocoa butter is better!)
0.5 tsp of salt,
2 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
0.5-1 tsp cayenne or chili (do not add if you are preparing for children!)
Grind the nuts and sunflowers very finely with a food chopper with an S-shaped blade or a coffee grinder.
Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes. Then grind with a food chopper or blender until the consistency of jam. Melt coconut oil or cocoa butter.
Combine all components and mix.
Form the desired shape: balls, roll in cocoa.
You can safely store truffles in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. If it remains even longer, you can freeze it in the freezer.
