Spring is the time when our body needs more vitamins and trace elements. We need more enzymes that revitalize the body, cleanse-detoxify, heal and strengthen. Enzymes are mostly found in plant foods. Enzyme concentration is highest in sprouts. Sprouts - alfalfa, sunflower or others. can be added when preparing salads, spreads, soups, sushi and others. This time we are preparing a delicious salad :)

We will need;

A basket of sunflower seeds (you can grow your own, but you can buy them)

2 apples

1 medium-sized zucchini

1 orange (optional, but very tasty :)

for the dressing; 0.5 lemon juice, a pinch of salt and cayenne. Cranberries.

We are preparing;

grate apples and zucchini with straws. Cut the orange into cubes and shake it a little to release the juice. Cut the sunflower sprouts into the desired size.

We mix the components of the dressing and pour it over all the prepared vegetables. I garnished with cranberries.

Everything. You can drizzle with olive oil if you like.
