We are preparing;
2 glasses of frozen berries - black currants (you can add cranberries, cranberries - whatever you have :)
2 bananas,
a handful of herbs or other greens such as spinach can be added to sprouts such as alfalfa.
spoon Green power/ powder - alkaline, for immunity, intestines, blood-strengthening to restore. positively affects the balance of female hormones.
pour water until covered. rub until smooth.
if you want it sweeter, you can flavor it by whipping a date or a teaspoon of honey.
