I really like healthy and quick meals.

 This soup is PERFECT for me!

Delicious, hearty, nutritious and extremely quick to prepare!

Enjoyed from early spring to late autumn,

Add to the blender/grinder:

2 tomatoes,

0.5 red pepper (optional)

3-4 sun-dried tomatoes,

2 tablespoons of cold-pressed oil, garlic, cayenne, a pinch of salt,

0.5 cups of soaked sunflower seeds.

0.5 avocado

Pour water until covered. We are erasing. You can pour hot water.

It will be like cooked, but the nutritional value is preserved.

Garnish with "pickled" red onions, green onion leaves, zucchini strips. Sprinkle with oil.

How to "pickle" onions?

Mix finely grated onion with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice. Leave for 15 min. Can be stored in a box in the refrigerator. use not only for soup, but also for flavoring salads and sandwiches.

Can be used to prepare sushi.
