I really like healthy and quick-to-prepare dishes.

This soup is perfect for me!

Delicious, hearty, nutritious and extremely quick to prepare!

Loved from spring until late autumn,

Put into a blender:

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 0.5 red pepper (optional)
  • 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes,
  • 2 tbsp cold-pressed oil, garlic, cayenne, a pinch of salt,
  • 0.5 cup soaked sunflower seeds.
  • 0.5 avocado
  • Pour water until covered. Blend. Hot water can be used.

It will be like cooked, but with preserved nutritional value.

Season with "pickled" red onions, green onion stalks, zucchini strips. Drizzle with oil.

How to "pickle" onions?

Mix thinly grated onion with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice. Leave for 15 min. Can be kept in a container in the refrigerator. Use not only for soup, but also for salads, to season sandwiches.
