For strengthening blood. Quick to prepare. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
You will need:
0.5-1 glass of cherries (frozen can be used) can be replaced with black currants
0.5 avocado
1/4 beetroot (raw, uncooked)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2-3 dates or 1 tbsp honey, agave nectar (choose dark, unheated)
0.5 cinnamon (preferably Ceylon)
Place all ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.
