Ingredients:
1-1.5 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 zucchini
50-100g sunflower sprouts (you can substitute with other sprouts)
1/4 pomegranate seeds
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
0.5 avocado
1/4 tsp salt
0.5 tsp cayenne or chili
Blend all components until smooth. Pour the yogurt over the prepared vegetables and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
