My favorite salad "MEXICAN"
Spicy, lots of coriander..

cucumber,
tomato,
lettuce leaves,
0.5 avocado,
Red onions for 9 short marinates with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice)
2-3 pcs. coriander,
1/4 red pepper,

For the sauce:
0.5 lemon juice,
5 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil (choose your favorite)
1/4 tsp salt,
0.5 tsp coriander powder,
1 clove of garlic,
0.5 tsp cayenne or chili,

0.5 tbsp of honey.
Grind with a blender or mix the ingredients of the sauce well.

Mix the chopped vegetables with the sauce.
