Radishes, cucumbers with sunflower-nettle dressing

Preparing:

  • A bunch of radishes (if you have your own garden, use them along with the leaves - they are nutritious)
  • 2-3 short cucumbers
  • 2-3 stalks of green onions and dill,
  • sunflower and field herb infusion (sour cream)
  • 0.5 cups - about 100g of sunflower seeds (it would be very beneficial to soak them in water overnight)
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 0.5 kg of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a bundle of wild sorrels, nettles

We chop the radishes, mix them with chopped dill and onions.

Filling:

First, grind the sunflower seeds with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and water. Add enough water to achieve a consistency similar to sour cream.

We serve on a plate, sprinkling with chopped green onion leaves, dill, and black pepper.
