Very quick to prepare, hearty and delicious...

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

300 g sunflower seeds (soaked in water for 6-8 hours)
1 medium carrot
1/4 red bell pepper
5 sun-dried tomatoes
0.5 tsp salt
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian herb mix

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a food processor with an S-blade. Blend until a smooth paste is formed. The spread can be served on cucumber, zucchini, or dried crackers.
