WE RECOMMEND the preparation of the highest quality ceremonial Matcha tea: Matcha for tea ceremonies, with a small amount of hot/cold water. This is high quality tea. Rich emerald greens;

Preparation and use: 

• add 1/5 of a teaspoon (~2 g) of tea;
• pour 80-100 ml of hot (but not boiling, ~50-80 °C) water;
• whisk with a bamboo whisk, spoon or hand mixer until a dense green foam forms, the tea becomes smooth and lump-free;
• drink whenever you want;
