Dark Bamboo Whisk - Matcha Whisk
The traditionalbamboo whisk or "chasen" is an indispensable tool in the Japanese matcha tea ceremony. Fine, handmade laces cut from a single piece of bamboo. When chasing matcha, it is best to keep a loose and relaxed wrist and make quick zigzag movements in a "W" or "M" shape to give the matcha the perfect foamy texture.
The traditional way of preparing matcha is related to the Japanese tea ceremony. Matcha bowl, chasen bamboo whisk and chashaku bamboo spoon are used. Place 2 tablespoons of chashaku (1.5 g) of matcha in a matcha bowl and pour 100 ml of hot water (80 °C). While holding the chasen in your hand, beat the matcha vigorously, not in a circular motion, but by drawing an M shape with your wrist. In about 20 seconds your bowl should be filled with perfect jade green foam. Now you can add more water if you want the matcha to be less strong.
DARK BAMBOO SHOUT (CHASHAKU)
Chashaku is a traditional spoon for serving matcha tea and an integral part of the matcha tea ceremony. The curved part of the spoon is used to add a small portion of matcha tea and place it in a bowl (matchawan). The mixture is then whisked to a smooth consistency with a bamboo whisk (chasen). The amount of matcha tea served depends on individual preferences.
Traditionally, thin tea or "usucha" is prepared from 1 chashaku matcha (one teaspoon) and about 75-100 ml of hot water. This ratio is perfect for creating the ideal foam texture on the surface of the matcha.
Koicha, or thick tea, is prepared using much more matcha - 4-6 chashaku portions (4-6 teaspoons) in 150 ml of hot water. The resulting matcha is much thicker and sweeter. It is more difficult to whip, and in addition, this method does not produce the characteristic foam. It is served almost exclusively as part of the Japanese tea ceremony.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
When forming the order, you will be able to choose the delivery/collection method that is most convenient for you:
1. Pickup at the GraSole studio . You can pick up the goods ordered in the electronic store free of charge at any of our retail locations: at the GraSole studio on Statybininkai st. 1A-108, Vilnius

2. DPD/Omniva courier or postal machines. You can receive goods ordered in the electronic store directly to your home in any city of Lithuania within 1 working day after the order is sent. You will be informed about the expected delivery time of the package and the package number by SMS.
IMPORTANT! As the recipient of the shipment, you will be able to easily change the delivery address,
day or direct the shipment to the nearest DPD/Ominivas post machine, from which you can pick up the goods at the most convenient time for you.
3. Delivery abroad. We send all orders to foreign countries to Lithuania
by post Delivery conditions for postal services may vary from country to country. Usually
the recipient is informed by a local mail message about the received parcel on his behalf, specifying the address of the post office or distribution point where he must come to pick up the parcel.
