Here's the seed pudding
super healthy breakfast with nutritious chia seeds. They contain all omega acids, which are extremely important for energy and blood vessels. Easily digested, has a beneficial effect on the intestines. Since chia seeds store moisture well, it is a charge of moisture and nutrients for our body for the whole day.
Ingredients:
5 years sh. chia seeds

1 year sh. honey (to taste)
1/4 tsp of real vanilla
For the second layer:
5-7 tablespoons of cashews (check for thickness)
1 tablespoon of honey,
0.5 cups of berries (strawberries, cherries)
1 banana,
Another option is to use mashed dates or dried plums with black currants, flavored with cinnamon, for the second layer. Personally, this option is tastier for me :)
Making:
For the first layer:
4 years sh. mix chia seeds with 500 ml of nut milk, sweeten with 1 tbsp. sh. honey, let it swell for about 1 hour. It can be prepared the night before and stored in the freezer.
For the second layer:
Shake the cashews together with 1 tbsp. sh. honey and berries. We pour the pudding into the chosen container, then add a second layer of berries.
