Chia Seed Pudding
A healthy breakfast with nutritious chia seeds. They contain all the omega acids, which are extremely important for energy and the circulatory system. Easily digestible, beneficial for the intestines. Since chia seeds retain moisture well, they provide our body with moisture and nutrients for the whole day.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp. chia seeds
500 ml nut milk (e.g., almond)
1 tbsp. honey (to taste)
1/4 tsp real vanilla
For the second layer:
5-7 tbsp. cashews (adjust for thickness)
1 tsp. honey,
0.5 cup berries (strawberries, cherries)
1 banana,
Another option for the second layer is to use mashed dates or dried plums with blackcurrants, flavored with cinnamon. Personally, I find this option tastier :)

Preparation:
For the first layer:
Mix 4 tbsp. chia seeds with 500 ml nut milk, sweeten with 1 tbsp. honey, and let it soak for about 1 hour. You can prepare it the night before and keep it in the refrigerator.
For the second layer:
Blend cashews together with 1 tsp. honey and berries. Pour the pudding into your chosen container, then add the second layer of berries.
