They contain iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, fluorine, molybdenum, cobalt, B vitamins, folic acid. It has a positive effect on blood cholesterol levels.
This time we sprout 0.5 cups of raw unbaked buckwheat. Buckwheat must be white-light in color, light, not suitable for brown-baking. They are not already alive, so they will not sprout.
Pour buckwheat with 1 glass of water. We take up to 30 minutes. In this way, buckwheat is awakened and becomes alive, ready to germinate.
Then we keep them in a strainer for 1-1.5 days. Rinse occasionally under running water.
Once you see the white sprouts, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or dry them.
We dry in the dryer to 42-47 C. I sometimes leave them on a grid, do not wash with water and they dry naturally.
We eat buckwheat with fruits and vegetables. Pour dried buckwheat on salads and soups.
