Dessert "chocolate pudding"

what is so special about this delicacy?

No flour, no sugar, no baking. No gluten.

We are preparing ;)

0.5-avocado

1 banana

0.5 slices of pineapple or 0.5 glasses of currants

2 tablespoons of cocoa

5 dates (if dried, soak in water for 15 minutes) or honey

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

0.5 vs coconut oil

a pinch of salt

We put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Grind until smooth.
