When we prepare almond or other nut milk, we soak the nuts overnight in water.
Beat in a blender with water. Strain and dry the pulp with a food dryer. Nuts can be varied; almond, hazelnut. You can use sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds. You can choose a dryer based on your options: EXCALIBUR and SEDONA are more expensive but good. I personally use EXCALIBUR - they are reliable and good. Unfortunately, I have no experience with dryers from other companies to date. In the past, I used a round-shaped, simple fruit dryer with a thermometer - it is important to measure the temperature so that the product you are drying does not overheat, otherwise there is no point in drying. We keep the flour in a sealed container. You use it like regular flour to prepare desserts. The best temperature is 42-47l. Enzymes and active nutrients then remain nutritious.
