Suitable for everyone, not just lactose intolerant. Many say that it is much tastier than the usual ones.. You can eat it alone or with potatoes or sweet potatoes baked in the oven :)
We produce;
Ingredients:
1 small green beetroot (leaves can also be used)
1-2 cucumbers
a bunch of dill
2 onion leaves
a bunch of dill
juice of half a lemon
0.5 l of water
0.5 a. sh. salt
a pinch of black pepper
Making:
grate the beetroot and "pickle" it for a while until it softens, with a pinch of salt and lemon juice and honey. If you want thicker and fuller saliborski - mix water in a blender with a pinch of cashew nuts, a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon - it will be similar to kefir.
We pour prepared water-kefir into a bowl or a plate (you can freeze-cool it in the refrigerator before that), add "pickled" beets, chopped cucumbers, onion leaves, dill, put sunflower "sour cream", sprinkle with coarsely crushed black pepper.

0.5 cups of sunflower seeds (preferably soaked for at least 2 hours)
a dash of lemon juice and salt to taste, a pinch of pepper.

beat until the consistency of sour cream.
You can also use this cream as a spread. Sunflower sour cream is extremely easy to digest and nutrients are absorbed extremely well. Sunflowers are unique in their nutritional value. Has a very high amount of magnesium. 50g of sunflower has the daily iron rate! Which is extremely useful for our blood and at the same time for strengthening the immune system.
