Since we will sprout buckwheat, it should be planned in the evening.
Soak ¼ cup raw uncooked buckwheat in cold water for 1 hour. After soaking, rinse under running water and leave to dry overnight.
In the morning you will see tiny buckwheat sprouts. This shows that the grains are active, all processes take place in the RM (living enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc.) This means that the nutritional value is already extremely high.
0.5 cups of green buckwheat sprouts
1 pear or nectarine
1st century sh. grated ginger
1st century sh. honey or agave nectar
mashed strawberries for the sauce
mashed blueberries or black currants for garnish
Cut a banana, pear or nectarine. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. We form a shape in the selected bowl. We turn it over on a plate. Garnish with mashed berries.
You can store sprouted buckwheat and sunflower seeds in the refrigerator for several days. It should only be rinsed under running water before use.
