This is not a diet - it is a nutrition plan with extremely high nutritional value, alkalizing, restorative, rejuvenating, and slimming, based on plant-based foods, which differs from low-nutrient diets.

The goal of an alkaline diet is to easily cleanse the body of toxins, have beautiful skin, enjoy calm and deep sleep, regain energy, and lose unnecessary kilograms, which are indicators and consequences of a polluted body.

Who would it be most suitable for?

As I mentioned above, it is suitable for everyone who feels they want to feel better, have more energy, lose weight healthily, improve their skin condition, and even for more serious health issues.

- What are the main products used during it?

Fruits, vegetables, nuts, various grains, and warming spices consumed during this time.

No white flour products (replace with oat, seed, or nut flour) and very few dark grain-rye flour products, e.g.; rolls, loaves, bread, and other baked goods. 

They particularly pollute the intestines, are low in nutrients, and are high glycemic index products. This means that they raise the sugar levels in the body, which affects the risk of overweight and diabetes.

We refuse; the consumption of alcohol in any doses, meat and its products, milk and its products, fried dishes - we replace them with lightly stewed options, preferably steamed. We do not consume coffee, we replace it with pu erh tea.

We do not use white, refined sugar and its products. We replace it with honey, raw agave nectar, coconut sugar, and birch sugar. We eat dates and figs instead of sugary sweets.

- Is it more for those wanting to improve their health or lose weight?

The most important factor in the body is blood pH, which ranges from 7.35 to 7.45. As you can see, the fluctuation of blood pH is very small, but even a slight deviation from this norm alters the body's electrochemical processes.

If a person eats healthily – consuming natural foods and practicing a healthy lifestyle – the body easily maintains an optimal pH balance. Unfortunately, today many people's diets are dominated by refined products: sugar, white bread and products made from white flour, white rice, and unhealthy hydrogenated fats. All these products significantly acidify the body, and over a longer period, they can lead to health disorders and chronic diseases. 

What does our body do when it can no longer eliminate substances because the removal capabilities of the kidneys, skin, lungs, or intestines are insufficient? It creates temporary storage areas, dreadful pollutant dumps, where it temporarily accumulates waste so that later, when the right opportunity arises, it can be removed from the body.

In this way, the body has the substances to restore itself. This way, unnecessary materials are eliminated, helping the body to naturally slim down (if needed, of course). It is essential to drink enough water and engage in more active physical activities. You can simply walk a lot and quickly while breathing deeply. Breathing, physical movement, and proper nutrition truly work wonders. The body receives real food and energy, and you won't feel exhausted or sleepy. The body and blood become stronger. 

Restoring pH naturally eliminates ailments such as increased or decreased blood pressure. Gout, a gentleman's disease, which is a consequence of an acidic body, may decrease or completely disappear. Ailments related to joints, skin problems, and others may also diminish or resolve.

MORNING

  • In a glass of warm water about 300 ml, add plant-based vinegar, a pinch of cayenne, and a pinch of salt.
  • We drink coffee substitute.
  • We are exercising -MUST.
  • After the workout, we drink a smoothie.

 

 

"Healing cocktail"

0.5-1 Mango OR APPLE

½ cup of berries (frozen ones are suitable out of season), cranberries are recommended

Almond branch (narrow-leaved), can be added to banana

2 cm ginger slices,

0.5 g of turmeric,

Water to flood 💮 

Blend in a blender/shaker. This cocktail is a true remedy for the intestines, stomach, and an immune booster! 
Enjoy and stay healthy!

 

After drinking a cocktail, after 40-60 minutes, we eat a handful of 5-7 Brazilian and cashew nuts. You can also have a small bunch of grapes. The nuts are very filling and nutritious. So the calories will be enough until lunch.

LUNCH

Sorghum groats with vegetables

By the way, you can replace the sorghum with lentils, black wild rice, or pearl barley :)

~ Ingredients ~

1/2 cup of millet can be substituted with quinoa or lentils,

2–3 plum tomatoes,

1/4 of an orange bell pepper,

1 onion leaf,

3–4 sweet pea pods,

1/4 tsp salt,

2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil,

1/4 tsp ground black pepper.

~ Cooking ~ Soak the millet grains in cold water overnight. Add the soaked grains to boiling water. Cook for 5–10 minutes. Add chopped vegetables, spices, and let it cook for another 10 minutes. This way, the vegetables will be pleasantly hot but not overcooked. When serving, sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

  • It is rich in proteins, copper, manganese, zinc, contains some fats and fiber, and is extremely high in potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. It has a small amount of B vitamins and folic acid. Due to its significantly higher concentration of potassium salts compared to other grains, loose millet porridge is recommended for those suffering from cardiovascular diseases and atherosclerosis.
  • Sorghum contains a lot of starch, so it needs to be soaked – then these grains can be eaten even by people with excess weight. Sorghum grains have very little gluten, making them easily digestible and not causing any allergic reactions.

In the afternoon, snack on an apple, dried plums, and mango.

Also, drink enough fluids. Good, alkaline water is suitable. You can add lemon. If the weather is cool, I would recommend drinking warm water.

DINNER

Beets with sunflower dressing ("sour cream")

These salads are one of my favorites during the cold season when it's beneficial to strengthen the immune system. Beets have been known since ancient times as an exceptionally perfect vegetable for improving blood quality. Prepared this way, the beet is very well absorbed by the body after a short "marinating" process. In France, the beet is number one as a vegetable with beauty and weight loss properties!

Ingredients:

1 medium raw green beetroot
1/4 cup of lemon juice
0.5 kg of salt
1 kg of honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 oz. cayenne
for sprinkling parsley

Cooking:

We prepare the beetroot. We mix it with the remaining components. We let it "marinate" while we prepare the sunflower cream.

Sunflower sour cream:

glass sunflower seeds
0.5-1 glass of water
3 cups of lemon juice
1/2 a. s. salt

Cooking:

Soak the sunflower seeds in water for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have a powerful blender, grind the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder, then mix with the remaining components. You can store the sunflower cream in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
