Quick, nutritious, filling and delicious
Lentils are one of the most nutritious plant-based protein sources. There are several types of lenses.
All of them should be soaked overnight. This way they become alive, nutritious, full of minerals and active nutrients
In this way, it can be eaten raw or briefly heated, cooked.
️This time I prepared it from red lentils, which are shell-less (less nutritious) but quick to prepare!
Garnished with mashed squirrel mushrooms!
The season has already started.
It is worth using products that cleanse the body (squirrel mushrooms have the ability to remove parasites from the body!)
GETTING READY
Wash and boil the lentils well. About 10-15 min. Turn off the stove. Seasoning inv. Spices and herbs: curry, salt, cayenne, black pepper, dill, parsley, onion leaves, oil or ghee. Leave to swell until you prepare the squirrels.
Clean and wash the squirrels well. Simmer in a pan with a small amount of water for up to 15 minutes. Then season with onions, salt, black pepper, a little fat (oil, ghee, coconut oil)
️This is a spell! I mashed the seasoned squirrels in a blender/cocktail with the water (where the squirrels were cooked).
Then I mixed it with lentils!
And the veil!
It turned out to be a super tasty and extremely gourmet, well-digested dish!
When serving, I seasoned it with hemp seeds and basil leaves.
We eat with fresh vegetables, freshly pickled gherkins.
